A recent project cost estimate resulted in anincrease from $1.9 billion to $2.2 billion (YOE)

Revised cost estimate is based on newinformation, including significantly advancedengineering, refined project scopes, more

detailed schedules and rigorous assessments

Developed an overall concept to tie together elements and

system-wide approaches for art along the Purple Line
