EN In shared sp aces – for work, st udy, dining, leisure – noise pollution caused by unwelcome or irritating sounds can have a negative impact on human psychophysical wellbeing.Lighting conditions also infl uence our mood and health, playing a fundamental role in the creation of a sp ace suited to various needs. To supply proper lighting and greater acoust ic control at the same time – for bett er comprehension of sp eech and reduct ion of noise propagation – makes it possible to generate a comfortable environment, contributing to boost wellbeing and product ivity. Luceplan has enclosed a sp ecial st ruct ure made with sound-absorbing materials inside a lamp. The result is Silenzio, a susp ension lamp that combines high lighting performance with acoust ic comfort.

IT Negli sp azi collett ivi - dedicati al lavoro, allo st udio, alla rist orazione, al tempo libero - l’inquinamento acust ico causato da un’eccessiva propagazione di rumori e suoni molest i, rischia di incidere negativamente sull’equilibrio psicofi sico dell’uomo. Anche l’illuminazione infl uisce sul nost ro benessere e svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella creazione di uno sp azio adeguato alle varie esigenze. Fornire un’illuminazione adeguata e allo st es-so tempo una maggiore qualità acust ica - una migliore qualità del parlato e una riduzione della propagazione del suono - permett e di realizzare un ambiente confortevole, contribuendo al miglioramento del benessere e della produtt ività. Luceplan ha pensato di racchiudere all’interno di un corpo lam-pada una sp eciale st rutt ura realizzata con materiali fonoassor-benti. È nata così Silenzio, una lampada a sosp ensione che abbina alte prest azioni illuminotecniche al comfort acust ico.

Auch die Beleuchtung beeinfl usst unser Wohlbefi nden und sp ielt bei Räumen, die unterschiedlichen Nutzungsansp rüchen gerecht werden sollen, eine fundamental wichtige Rolle. Mit dem richtigen Licht und gleichzeitig auch einer st ärkeren akust ischen Kontrolle – bessere Sprachqualität und Schalldämpfung – gelingt es, angenehme Räume zu schaff en und so das persönliche Wohlbefi nden und die Leist ung

zu verbessern. Luceplan hat deshalb eine sp ezielle Struktur aus schalldämpfenden Materialien vorgesehen, die im Inneren einer Lampe untergebrach ist . So entst and Silenzio, eine Pendelleuchte, die beleuchtungst echnische Hochleist ung mit akust ischem Komfort vereint.

Fournir une illumi-nation adéquate et, en même temps, une meilleure qualité acoust ique - une meilleure qualité des conversations et une réduct ion de la propagation du son - permet de réaliser un envi-ronnement confortable, contribuant ainsi à améliorer le bien-être et la product ivité. Luceplan a imaginé de renfermer à l'inté-rieur d'une lampe une st ruct ure réalisée avec des matériaux phono-absorbants. C'est comme ça que Silenzio est née : il s'agit d'une lampe à susp ension qui conjugue des prest ations techniques d'éclairage élevées avec le confort acoust ique.

Silenzio is made with layers of diff erent sound-absorbing mate-rials. An inner expanded polyethylene is covered with an exter-nal fabric, while the internal polyurethane foam boost s the level of acoust ic performance.

EN The Silenzio lamp is covered in grisaille-type Kvadrat fabric featuring material and elegant texture. The collect ion comes in four colours with matching hues and other colour ranges are also available in support of the cust omer’s choice to cust omise the susp ensions in a “chromatic journey”.

IT La lampada Silenzio è ricoperta dal tessuto Kvadrat con un asp ett o “grisaglia” e una texture dalla mano materica ed ele-gante. Per la collezione sono st ati abbinati cinque colori in tono fra loro e sono st ate eff ett uate ulteriori selezioni cromatiche per supportare la scelta del cliente nella personalizzazione delle sosp ensioni in una sorta di “viaggio cromatico”.

Für die Kollektion wurden fünf zueinander passende Farbnuancen kombiniert. Die zusätzlichen Farben wollen unsere Kunden bei ihrer individuellen Farbauswahl für den Bezug und die Abhängungen unterst ützen und zu einer „chromatischen Reise“ einladen.

EN Background noise – particularly in modern buildings – can oft en be uncomfortably loud, due to the predominance of sound-re-fl ect ing materials. The design of the room (shape, furnishings, surface fi nishes, etc.) infl uences the extent to which the sound level decreases in relation to dist ance. An unfurnished room with sound refl ect ive surfaces, such as a church, is perceived as being more reverberant than a well-fur-nished living room. The materials used in Silenzio provide sound absorption and prevent acoust ic overlap, particularly in the case of human sp eech, which lies in the frequency range between 200 and over 3000 hertz (Hz). In this area the lamp achieves its best results thanks to its st ruct ure, which makes the sound waves “bounce” inside it. A conversation taking place immediately below the lamp benefi ts from a high level of sp eech clarity, and general comfort is guaranteed.

IT I rumori di sott ofondo, sopratt utt o nelle architett ure contempo-ranee, possono essere molto fast idiosi a causa della predomi-nanza di materiali e superfi ci che rifl ett ono i suoni. La progett azione degli ambienti (forme, arredi, fi niture delle super-fi ci, ecc.) infl uenza la misura in cui il livello acust ico decresce in rap-porto alla dist anza. Un locale non arredato e con superfi ci di scarso assorbimento acust ico, come ad esempio una chiesa, viene per-cepito con maggior riverbero risp ett o a un ambiente arredato. I materiali utilizzati per le lampade Silenzio garantiscono un elevato assorbimento acust ico e diminuiscono il rimbombo sonoro, in par-ticolare collegato alla voce umana che ha un range di frequenza che varia tra 200 e 3000 Herts (Hz). In quest o range le lampade Silenzio sono molto effi caci grazie alla loro st rutt ura che catt ura le onde sonore. Le sosp ensioni Silenzio producono una elevata chiarezza del parlato e generano un comfort acust ico diff uso.

DE Hintergrundlärm, insbesondere in modernen, funktionalen Ge-bäudebereichen, kann aufgrund der Schallrefl ektion durch die er-wendeten Materialen häufi g unangenehm laut sein. Schallwellen, insbesondere der menschlichen Stimme, die in ei-nem Frequenzbereich zwischen 200 bis etwas mehr als 3000 Hertz (Hz) liegt. Ihre best e Leist ung erzielt die Lampe dank ihrer Struktur, an der die Schallwellen innen abprallen, in diesem Be-reich. Gesp räche, die direkt unter der Lampe st att fi nden, zeich-nen sich durch die gute Sprachverst ändlichkeit und allgemeinen Hörkomfort aus.
