Guidelines

1. If you would like to make an online bid, please confirm which item(s) you would like to bid on together with your name, address, phone no. and amount to sjspa@live.co.uk .

2. Bidding on all items is open to anyone and attendance on the night of the Spring Ball is not necessary.

3. Pre-ball bids will be accepted until 12pm, Friday 20th March 2015.

4. The highest bid received on-line for every prize will be noted on each item sheet at the ball and will be used as the starting offer for any further bidding on the night.

5. Incremental bids will vary dependant on item value and will be detailed on the individual item sheets on the night.

6. On the night we will close the bidding at 11:00 pm (there will be a 10 min warning before hand). The auction item sheets will be collected and winners announced, or contacted on Sunday, 22nd March if an on-line bid winner. Good Luck !!
