You may receive an error message for several reasons:1) The season ticket or wait list account number or email address you entered does not match what we have on record.2) Your password does not match what we have on record.

If you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password in Account Manager. See pages 51-57 for details.

3) This season ticket or wait list account has not yet signed up for Patriots365.

Oops: Did you get an error message?

You may receive an error message for several reasons:1) The account number or email address you entered does not match a Season Ticket or Wait

List Member Account on record.2) Your password does not match a Season Ticket or Wait List Member Account on record. If

you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password in Account Manager. See pages 51-57 for instructions.

3) This account is already registered in Patriots365. If so, you will be prompted to sign in.4) You forgot to check the Terms & Conditions box.
