Application and Selection Process

GPA of 85% after two (2) quarters of osteopathic education

Members must maintain and average of 80% following induction

Primary recruitment occurs in the spring, secondary recruitment occurs in the fall.

Paper application is anonymous. Application evaluated based on service and leadership.

Qualified applicants invited to interview with current members in order to assess interpersonal skills and passion for service.

Designated Driver ProgramDrivers were provided for the graduating Class of

2010. They celebrated their accomplishment with a bonfire and we were available to provide safe transportation home for them

the standards of Sigma Sigma PhiEncouraged new students to participate in the

myriad of service opportunities available Informed students of meeting in the spring for

On May 13, 2009 an F2 tornado struck Kirksville killing 2 people and doing extensive damage to the city.Thankfully, the triage capabilities of the hospital and emergency response teams were not overwhelmed.

Since that may not always be the case, it is imperative for the whole community to be educated on the appropriate response to an emergency situation.
