    The following pages contain typical performance data for horizontal motors manufactured bySiemens in the Norwood, OH facility.

    The data is typical of motor performance based on a maximum 40 degrees C ambient and amaximum 80 degrees C rise by resistance at full load as well as the frequency and the ratedvoltage at the motor terminals indicated on the page.

    Because other electrical and/or mechanical requirements may affect the typical motor design, thisdata is not guaranteed. For guaranteed performance data forward all detail requirements of theapplication to factory including, but not limited to, the type of start if other than across-the-line,starting voltage at the motor terminals if less than 90%, a load curve with inertia, any frequencyvariation, special temperature rise, special torques, special noise requirements, etc.

    Please contact your local Siemens sales representative for information or assistance with anyratings or modifications not found in this book or with any Siemens products.
