Can the circuit breaker interrupt ifthere is a leak and no SF6 gas isavailable?

Yes, the vacuum interrupters areindependent of the SF6 gas and all theinterruption occurs inside the vacuuminterrupters. SF6 gas is only used forinsulation.

What is the SF6 leakage rate inSiemens MV GIS 8DA/B?

The low leakage rate is possible asthe normal pressure is 1.5 bar (22psig) or less, and the SF6 gas is usedonly for insulation, not for interruption.Leakage is below 0.1% per year.
