Overall, the menu celebrates the cuisines of both Corsica and Sardinia—two kissing islands off the coast of Italy and France that represent a longstanding mash-up of French-meets-Italian culture.
At Shutters, the culinary team act as culinary anthrpologists, discovering the nuances between Corsica and Sardinia. Classic dishes, ingredients, and traditional preparations from each island are showcased through a contemporary Australasian lens and prepared using locally-sourced ingredients.
