Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: a. Membership Status - Only employees of organisations who are members of both

MEF and HRDF are eligible to attend this session. Evidence of company membership to both must be submitted together with the Registration. Kerjaya Sukses Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to refuse admission if the participating company is found to be ineligible.

b. SHRM – Only applicants who fulfil the work experience requirements set by SHRM for CP and S-CP levels will be accepted into the programme.

2. Cancellation/Substitution: As this is a Grant-funded course, no cancellation will be

allowed. Substitution of another employee within the same organisation can be made up to up to 14 days before the programme is allowed.

3. Attendance: Participants must attend the full program and be subjected to attendance audit during the duration of the program by officers from HRDF. Absenteeism following Day 1 of the programme must be fully supported by a medical leave certificate.

4. Examination: All participants must register and attempt the certification exam from SHRM

within 12 months of completing the Programme.

5. Copyright: All intellectual property right in all materials produced or distributed by SHRM and Kerjaya Sukses Sdn. Bhd. in connection with the course is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.

6. 7. Right to Invoice: Kerjaya Sukses Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to invoice the organisation the full program fee if their nominated employees fail to meet any of the following clauses: Cancels without a substitution 14 days prior to the programme date, Fails to attend the full programme and / or fails to provide the required medical

evidence for absenteeism, Does not register and / or attempt the certification exam within the time frame

stipulated.
