S.C.R.U.B.S stands for SHRM ClubRecruitment Ultimate Biannual Social. This semester, S.C.R.U.B.S was held atM!noa Valley District Park. This eventallows returning and prospectivemembers to get to know each other andthe club a little better. Our Director ofStudent Affairs, Kelsey Monticalvo, organized many fun activities formembers to break the ice with eachother.

The day started with a friendly gameof Ninja: members were randomlybroken into groups to see who was thelast ninja standing. We then playedegg-dinosaur-wizard-superhero, arock-paper-scissors style game whereeveryone turned into a superhero! Next,

members were randomly split into newgroups, led by an executive boardmember, to create a cheer or danceincorporating SHRM, and the winningteam, led by Megan Williams, was firstto eat lunch, catered by Ginas.

After lunch, SHRMies played a fewfriendly games of dodge ball and were

joined by some special guestssometiny baseball players who werepracticing at the park that morning! This was a fantastic event, and we oweit all to our wonderful Student Affairsdirector, Kelsey Monticalvo.
