• Sample comprised of 377 randomly selected HR professionals.
• Analyzing 377 responses of 2,955 emails sent, 2,779 emails were received (response rate = 15%).
• Survey fielded March 19 – March 26, 2008; presentation generated on March 27, 2008.
• Margin of error is +/- 5%.
