Why using a shredder?


SatrindTech works for granting the maximal quality of the products. All the departments are working together in order to keep under control all the information and to record all the activities done inside: from the running tests to the leatest maintenance done on the machines around the world. We aim to give to our customers fast and satisfactory answers The sales of machine and spare parts are directly managed by the Sales Department, with the support of the Technical Dept., Production and Logistics.

How we are organized


Customers can send their own material, whenever possible, so we can do shredding tests it inside our factory. In case the customer cannot be present during the test, we take a video and send it to him.

We keep record of all the information related to all the machines sold in the past: when, to whom, and what after sales operations have been done on them.

The spare parts of the most recent machines sold are available at stock. For very old machines (in case we do not have stock of spare parts) we try to give alternative and suitable components.

How we are organized


SatrindTech offers shredders at 1-, 2-, 3- and 4 shafts: high speed low torque

low speed high torque



Suitable for obtaining a regulated size of the final material. Offered in different sizes, it is recommended for plastics, wood, MSW and other materials. It can be used as stand-alone or combined with a 2-shaft shredder.

Equipped with 3 or 4 shafts. These two versions can be equipped with a screen for regulating the final size of the material to be shred.

Recommended for waste, plastics, tyres, product destruction or any other treatment where size reduction is required.

The shredders

high speed Its main purpose is opening bales and crushing waste. The high speed and the high production hourly capacity make them to be used as primary equipment inside a complete plant for the preparation to the following steps. The production capacity can be from hundreds of Kg until 100-130 Ton/h and are supplied with electrical and hydraulic motors from 25 Hp until 400 Hp.

Thanks to the know-how and the cooperation with the customers, SatrindTech can design complete plants for treating::

- MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) for obtaining RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel); - Tyres for RDF production (in chips up to 20mm or in rubber crumbs below < 5mm); - Electric and electronic Equipment Waste (WEEE) and Refrigerators; - Oil Filters; - Hazardous and explosive waste; - Plastics together with grinding and washing systems And other customized type of plants for other materials... .

Treatment plants engineering


The main purposes for material shredding are:

- To save space and volume before shipping the material to the landfill

- To prepare the material for the burning process;

- To save space and volume on transport means (cruises, commercial or military vessels);

- To select the waste in order to remove any component that may cause damages during a secondary process;

- To recover material (metal recycling, plastic);

- To get RDF (refuse derived fuel);

- To treat the material in order to make it unrecognizable (private or secret documents, medical / hospital waste, laboratory and R & D);

- To get rid of defective products unfit for sale

- To get rid of bad packaged products for preventing theft and increase the compaction possibility;

- To separate liquids from solids (packaging destruction);

- To reduce the size so transportation and material handling on the following units (conveyor belts, screening unit, screw conveyor system, air transport system) can be more agile.
