Covered with a layer of Acrylic polyurethane of the maximum quality in the market (UNE 12720).

Anti-slip: Certificates of UNE ENV12633:2003, the best class of anti-slip in the market C-3.

Antibacterial treatment: (Certificate JISZ 2801:2006) To avoid having any micro-organism on the surface of the shower tray.

Durability: Class 1 in durability and easily maintenance by the institute AIDIMA.

Stone-Quartz shower trays, can be cleaned with any proper cleaning product, except the ones used for polishing marbles and it is recommended to clean with a cloth or soft sponge always wet, never use aluminium sponge or hard tool.

To desinfect, you can use bleach or any house cleaning product and rinse with water later.

Products against Calcitels can be used but always leaving on few minutes and after rinse with water.

Our maintenance test results after using cleaning products are below.

I piatti Stone Quartz si possono pulire con qualsiasi prodotto adatto alla pulizia, salvo quelli controindicati essendo derivati del marmo e si raccomanda di pulire con uno straccio o una spugna morbida sempre umida, mai con spazzole.

Per disinfettare si può utilizzare candeggina o ammoniaca diluita e poi risciacquare con acqua.

I prodotti contro il calcare si possono utilizzare ma sempre lasciandoli agire pochi minuti e poi risciacquando con acqua.

I risultati dei nostri Test di resistenza ai prodotti di pulizia sono stati:

Duschwannen können mit jedem Putzmittel gereinigt werden, mit Ausnahme derjenigen, die Marmorderivate beschädigen können. Es wird empfohlen, die Reinigung mit einem weichen, immer feuchten Tuch oder Schwamm durchzuführen, niemals mit einem Scheuerschwamm/Topfreiniger.

Bleichmittel oder verdünntes Ammoniak können zur Desinfektion verwendet werde. Anschließend Duschwanne mit Wasser ausspülen.

Man kann Anti-Kalk-Produkte verwenden, aber nachdem sie einige Minuten lang eingewirkt sind, sollte die Duschwanne mit Wasser ausgespült werden.

Die Ergebnisse unserer Prüfung auf Beständigkeit gegen Reinigungsprodukte waren:

Before installingCheck the shower tray if it is adjusted to the desired size and color.

Before of the installation, the shower tray must be stored in horizontal or vertical always, but never stored in angle because in this position the shower tray may be deformed. In this case the warranty will be lost.

All shower trays Stone Quartz can be cut using diamond disc grinders long as the cut

is hidden inside the wall. (Cut sides never have the same ending).

Is Not recommended put the shower tray on legs because may be deformed. In this case the warranty will be lost.

Is possible install the shower tray on extruded polystyrene of high density under the instructions of gluing and plans explained in this document.

Choose base heightWe will test with the valve placed in the position it would occupy once the dish installed, what is the minimum at which the water flows properly through the installation height. That heights in the shower tray drain properly that will determine the minimum height of

installation of the dish. And thus the height of the base of work that we produce. Make sure that the drain has the appropriate inclination to remove the water. We recommended a 1% minimum inclination of drain tube.

Preparation of the baseAny synthetic shower tray composition should have some elasticity allowing adaptation to temperature changes. For this reason must be placed on a flat surface avoiding deformations.

The shower tray is manufactured with the necessary inclination that allows the propper water circulation to the drains. It should always been installed with the slightly inclination to drain (between 0% - 0,5%) Never against it

The base should be of cement at least the top part that would be in contact with the bottom of the shower tray

The shower tray never should be placed on a sanded

The base should cover 100% the plate with the exception of the minimun hole for the drain aproximatelly 20x20 cm and the exit for the evacuation pipe

At the installation momento, the cement base should be perfectly dry, smooth and without deformations, otherwise the tray will copy any defect on it and generating áreas with bad circulation and water acumulation.

Once the drain placed in its final position and connected to the pipe (if possible with flexible PVC for ease) It must be tested and verified, the proper water circulation and leak-less on the system.

Verify too that the drain removes the water correctly and the shower tray is perfectly stable on the base.

We recommend using our valve for install in our shower trays.

Assembling instructions for professional workers. In case of claims, unassembling cost and new shower tray are not covered by this warranty. Warranty is only valid if shower tray has been installed according to the following instructions.

Placement of shower trayThe protective plastic and cardboard packaging itself can be used to protect the shower tray during installation

Before pasting the shower tray, make sure that the surface is dry and clean. Apply on the base longitudinal strips of some polyurethane glue or cement glue flex.

Place the shower tray and verify that remains in level with the base and the siphon valve will be adapted easily and drain correctly.

It is advisable fit within the walls between 3 and 6mm maximum, which guarantees waterproofness at the junction with the walls. It is advisable to leave a small margin of about few millimeters between tile and shower tray, as an expansion joint.

The final waterproof must be done with neutral silicone around the

shower tray in the sides that are in contact with the wall or tiles.

If the works of fit the bathroom tiles is doing after the placement of the shower tray, it is advisable protect the shower tray of the particle material from cement glue or silicone.

If the shower tray is dirty by the waste of cement glue or silicone don´t wait until it will dry on the shower tray and should immediately be cleaned with a natural sponge, otherwise it would be very difficult maintain the original aspect of the shower tray.

The warranty of the shower tray will be lose if this whole procedure don´t be respected.

Cleaning work and maintenanceThe stone-quart shower trays can be cleaned with almost any product suitable for cleaning, except contraindicated for marble and derivatives.

We recommend cleaning with soap and water with a soft cloth or damp sponge always, never with pads.

Please pass to the follow list if you use different products referred in this)

IMPORTANT: Do not use the product for cleaning pipes (often contain caustic soda or sulfuric acid) on the surface of the plate are to be used.If such products directly applied with a funnel on the valve surface without contact plate therefore cause significant damage on the exterior paint.
