The guarantee period of 12 months commences from date ofcommission.

Clos-o-Mat employs a nationwide team ofin-house trained service engineers. Thesespecialists ensure the product works correctlyand continues to give satisfactory service.

A service contract is offered to commenceafter the 12 months guarantee period hasexpired.

On average, people visit the toilet eight times aday, so it is vital the equipment works properlyand consistently.

Clos-o-Mat Palma Vita shower toilets have aproven record of reliability – some are still in dailyuse 30 years after first being installed.

The annual service and maintenance costs can beas little as 50p/day, and our comprehensivecustomer care package includes annual ‘MOT’, siteattendance within 2–3 working days and anyproblem rectified as soon as practically possible.

Servicing helps to ensure optimum performance,minimise operational downtime which would have anegative impact on the potential users of the facility,and helps prolong the equipment’s life.Diane HenryWakefield College, for whom Clos-o-Mat supplied, installedand now maintains two hygiene rooms and a ChangingPlaces toilet on campus.
