Novellini is a longstanding European leader

in the creating of stylish, high performan-

ce Shower Products, featuring innovative

design, quality construction and premium

materials since the 70’s.

However little or big our bathroom may be,

it’s there where we take care of our fi gure

and appearance.

Among the uncountable solutions that the

market is offering, Novellini surely locates it-

self as a leader company, tendering a large

range of sizes on every product range as

well as the possibility to produce “made to

measure” products in special sizes.

The product range includes, besides Sho-

wer Enclosures and Shower Trays, also

Wellness Products, such as the comple-

tely Equipped Steam Cubicles, Baths and

Whirlpools and Equipped Shower Panels.

The yearly production of Shower Enclosu-

res is established on millions of units, whe-

reas that of Wellness Products reaches the

ninety thousand units.

The Novellini group employs today globally

1050 workers, who are active in the Italian

head offi ces and production facilities and in

the European branches in France, England,

Holland, Belgium, Poland, Austria and Ger-

many.

Integration and automation are the two

key-words that mark out the production

cycle of the company: starting from basic

commodities up to the fi nished products

the whole production process takes place

inside the Novellini production sites.

In 2002 the company inaugurates the new

aluminum foundry plant, that up to now is

still the only one in the province of Mantua.

The plant is located beside the extrusion

unit and supplies its two extrusion lines,

that were active from before.

Recently a brand new warehouse has been

activated. With its capacity up to 100.000

Shower Enclosures, it permits fully automa-

tic storage, classifi cation and picking of the

goods.

The production process is constantly kept

under control in every step. The different

production units dispose of automatic

control and quality evaluation devices not

only for the semi manufactured products

(life tests, uniformity of glass decoration

and dimensional checks) but also of the

single processes (extrusion and painting of

the profi les and grinding and tempering of

glass).

Assembling is mainly performed by robots

that grant a constant qualitative work and

high productivity.

Statistical sample checks in the different

production units, with consequent pro-

duct inspection and evaluation represents

the daily activity of the quality control de-

partment, which is effectively promoting

a total quality policy. Good results have

already been achieved in the after sales,

with a decrease of call-rate, but also on

the production process, for increasing its

effi ciency.

The innovative and diffused logistic organi-

zation of Novellini group, allows to warrant

very fast deliveries all over Europe. High

production capacity goes along with great

distribution level, so as to achieve a high

customer satisfaction level.

‘70 Novellini starts as a little Italian artisan company, specialized in producing wrought iron and aluminum doors and window frames.

‘80 In these years Novellini becomes more and more important on the European market with a large produc-

tion increase of Shower Enclosures.

‘90 The Novellini product range is being enriched: pro-

duction start of Whirlpools, Complete Cubicles, Equip-

ped Shower Panels, Shower Trays.

2007 Novellini creates the high-range collection “Elysium”.

This new product line merges a contemporary and essential de-

sign with the echo of the Italian decorative arts’ artisan masters.

2000 Innovation is not limited to the

production area but extended to the en-

tire structure, “Novellini store”, the com-

mercial internet site in which the different

types of professional categories may

consult on line the product catalogue,

stock availability and order the articles

they need on line.

NOVELLINI S.P.A. guarantees its products against defects of manu-

facture and material for a period of 24 months, subject to proof of
