Crosswinds Golf & Country Club
Thank you for your interest in hosting your golf event at Crosswinds Golf & Country Club. We are
pleased to present our 2015 Shotgun Package.
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club is committed to providing the highest quality venue for your golf
event. Our facility is unique to its environment and is backed by superior course conditions and
outstanding guest service. Crosswinds Golf & Country Club is equipped with all the amenities you
will need to round out an exceptional golf experience including: a full-service Pro Shop, driving
range and practice putting greens, locker rooms with showers, restaurant with indoor and patio
dining, and a breathtaking Grand Hall overlooking the Niagara Escarpment that can
accommodate up to 170 seated guests. Crosswinds brings together the best in scenery,
amenities, challenging play and service.

Tournaments will be invoiced based on the number of golfers provided 10 days before
the tournament. If there are less than 144 golfers, we open tee times to the public 10
days in advance
Tournaments will be invoiced for a minimum of 60 golfers
Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice
Public will be allowed on the course with tournaments paying for less than 144 golfers

HALFWAY CAFÉ
Located on the North corner of the Clubhouse at Hole 10, guests can enjoy a variety of on-the-go items,
including sandwiches, sausages, hot dogs, alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, fruit and other
items. Guests can pay individually or we can set up a Master Tab for your Guests with your choice of
menu items.
ON-COURSE SNACK & BEVERAGE CARTS
We have up to 2 On-Course Snack & Beverage Carts, approximately one for every 100 golfers. The Carts
have alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, sandwiches, snacks and other items. Guests can pay individually
or we can set up a Master Tab for your Guests with your choice of menu items. Drink tickets are another
option you may consider for your guests.
PEBBLESTONE PUB
You can sit and enjoy stunning views of the golf course,
Rattlesnake Point Escarpment, or watch the large screen TV.
The Pub opens at 11am every day during the golf season. Our
Chef can serve up to 16 guests à la carte from our Pub Menu,
and we provide other Menu options for groups larger than 16.

PEBBLESTONE PUB PRIVATE LOUNGE
A beautiful retreat for a small group! Located adjacent to our
Pebblestone Pub with TV’s and panoramic views. A frosted
sliding door allows for partial privacy if required. Portable
projector & projection screen available if needed.
Room Size: 22’ x 21’
Capacity: 22 seated guests; 18 seated guests with a Buffet set
up, 10-12 guests Hollowed Out Square, 20 Guests Theatre Style
with a Projection Screen
1st TEE PATIO
Located on the Southwest side of the Clubhouse overlooking
the 1st Hole, this patio has a beautiful outdoor setting! We have
a microphone available and an outdoor sound system if you
would like to personalize your event with your own music.

Capacity: 55 seated guests with Buffet set up

10th TEE PATIO
Located on the Northeast corner of the Clubhouse
overlooking the 10th Hole, with stunning views of Rattlesnake
Point Escarpment, Hole 10 & 18. This covered patio is perfect
in case of inclement weather.

Capacity: 18 seated guests with Buffet set up
18th GREEN PATIO
Located on the East side of the Clubhouse. This patio makes
you feel as though you are sitting in the middle of the golf
course. You can watch your group as they finish their round!
Patio Size: Upper 77’ x 13’ and Lower 77’ x 12’
Capacity: 28 Upper Patio, 20 Lower Patio
BOARDROOM
Located within our stately Clubhouse, with seating for up to
10 guests. Includes Wi-Fi, telephone conferencing, 50” TV with
laptop hookup.

GRAND HALL
Features panoramic views of Crosswinds beautiful golf
course and the rugged Niagara Escarpment. We can set up
60” round tables, rectangular tables, and bistro tables for
meetings, breakfast, lunch or dinner events. For meetings, we
can set up a hollowed out square, U-shape, or theatre-style
seating. Telephone conferencing, Wi-Fi, retractable LCD
projector, 10-foot screen for video presentations, up-lighting,
podium, microphone & risers also available. For Breakfast,
Lunch or Dinner events we provide Royal Doulton china, fine
cutlery and stemware, white tablecloths and choice of white
or black napkins.

FAQ’s
How do I take care of my guests who require vegetarian meals, or meals with special requirements?
We accommodate guests with food allergies & dietary restrictions. Please check with your guests before the event,
so the Chef can prepare the appropriate meals. Please give us their name along with the type of meal they
require. Vegetarian and special meals will be charged the same price as the main entrée selection. If you are
unable to pre-ask this information let us know so we can provide a menu & special meal ballots for guests to fill out
when they check in for golf.
Are we able to bring our own alcoholic beverages or wine?
We are required to purchase alcohol under our Liquor License. If you are interested in wine at dinner that may not
appear on our list, we can look into it for you. Corkage fees are applicable, please ask for more details.
When do we need to let you know the final number of guests for the meal?
We require a guaranteed number of guests for the Chef, 10 days before your event. If you are unsure of your
numbers before your event please give us your best possible estimate. We plan & prepare based on this number. If
attendance is lower than the guaranteed number, you are still required to pay for the confirmed number. If the
number of guests have been underestimated on the day of the event we will discuss adding more meals with the
Organizer and invoice accordingly.
