n Blast room systems : These are used for the blast cleaning of large size components which are placed on a trolley and pulled into a blast room where blasting is performed manually using a portable blaster. The room is ventilated and a dust collector is supplied along with the system to keep the room dust free. The recovery of the media can be manual / semi automatic / automatic depending on the customer requirement.

n Tumblast type: Capacities : 1 CFT/ 2CFT/ 3 CFT/5 CFT/ 7CFT machines with options like auto loader, PLC control for sequential operation, manual and automatic doors etc.


n Hanger type: With various hook carrying capacities from 350 Kg / 450 Kg / 800 Kg / 1200 Kg and configurations like double door / T type / Monorail conveyor type with degrees of automations and controls.

n Barrel type:


n Peening: It is a controlled blasting process with a purpose of increasing the endurance strength of the component. Auto components like gears, springs, torsion rods, connecting rod, cam shafts are shot peened besides other applications like aero space industry and peenforming technology.

n Wire and bar descaling machine ( for bright bar manufacturers ): In two basic configuration – 1. Single blast wheel machine for bars where in the bar passes through the cabinet rotating spirally and exposing all sides to the blast pattern. 2. Three blast wheel machine where the three blast wheels are placed at 120 degrees and the bar passes through the pattern and gets cleaned from all the sides.
