FL 33181 • 12610 Cyprus Road, North Miami, FL 33181 The properties will retain their "grandfather' status as long as the use is not abandoned for a period of 180 clays or there is no expansion of the property, just as any other "nonconforming use." A copy of this letter shall serve as proof of the status of the above listed properties as it relates to the City's short term rental ordinance and a copy shall be maintained in the City's records.
