Short introduction to PurpleMash Purple Mash is a large range of apps and activities that can be accessed on the iPad or laptop. This is the address that you need to type into google in order to access Purple Mash (https://www.purplemash.com/login/ ). Press ‘Find my school‛s login page‛ and type in ‘The Quest School‛ which will then take you to our school‛s personal portal. This will direct you to the login page. Your child has their own personal login details which you can now type in. Once logged in, click on the Home button at the top left hand side of the screen and it should take you to this page. As you can see, there are different subject- specific tabs to explore – please feel free to explore the apps and activities with your child.

Short introduction to PurpleMash
Purple Mash is a large range of apps and activities that can be accessed on the iPad or laptop.
This is the address that you need to type into google in order to access Purple Mash (https://www.purplemash.com/login/ ). Press ‘Find my school‛s login page‛ and type in ‘The Quest School‛ which will then take you to our school‛s personal portal. This will direct you to the login page. Your child has their own personal login details which you can now type in.
Once logged in, click on the Home button at the top left hand side of the screen and it should take you to this page. As you can see, there are different subject-specific tabs to explore – please feel free to explore the apps and activities with your child.
We may set ‘2Dos‛ which are activities that we have set for your child to complete and digitally hand in. The 2Dos tab is next to the home button on the top left hand side of the page.
The search bar is very useful and will help you to find relevant apps, games and activities depending on the topic or subject area you want (For example: ‘counting‛, ‘phonics‛ and ‘addition‛).
For example, if you type in ‘addition‛ into the search bar, you will find many different sub-headings – ‘Tools and Headings‛ will most likely be the most useful for you. However, please feel free to explore the rest of the sub-headings to see if there is anything else that might be of use to you and your child, particularly in the ‘Folders‛ sub-heading at the top. There are not only apps and games, but also writing activities – click into the different folders to explore the different things that you can access.
Mini Mash is a section of Purple Mash that includes more simple activities.
From the home screen, click on ‘Mini Mash‛ and then click ‘enter mini mash‛. You will then be taken to this page. Please click on the different icons to explore the activities. To exit Mini mash, click the mini mash icon in the top left icon and click on ‘go to Purple Mash‛ – this will take you back to the Purple Mash home screen.
