• He was born 1 September 1972• He competed in 4 summer Paralympics,
1996,2000,2004 & 2008 and the 2006 World championships.
• His home town is Hastings.
His Sport
• He plays Wheel chair Rugby• Games are for 8 min quarters • 4 timeouts for each team• 1 point is scored when the goal line is
crossed with any two wheels of the ball carriers wheelchair with possession of the ball
• After 10 seconds :Players must dribble or pass or its a turn over
Wheelchair rugby training
• Build stamina by doing non–stop exercise at speed.
• Bicep curls and tricep presses are the foundation for a wheelchair rugby player's workout.
Eating/diet
• He eats foods with fibre, carbohydrates, and high in proteins. Bananas, grain cereals, and fruits are good sources for protein. He eats a healthy breakfast.
• He eats breads, cereals, grains and vegetables like potatoes
