DESIGN / DEVELOPMENT

Easy introduction of the standard pattern of each model via a digitizer tablet, therefore simplifying the costly manual method of creating pieces. Working from the standard pattern, all the pieces derive from the original design line, saving development time and minimizing the risks of errors of design. It is possible to introduce the models in independent pieces.

PATTERN GRADING

Customized definition of pattern grading systems. the size-set of the model is generated in an automatic way. A special algorithm monitors the scaling increase of the diverse sizes.It has powerful, intuitive functions available, which can modify grading, size groupings, etc.

DIGITALISATION

From a digitizer tablet, scanner, or also from graphic files ( bmp, jpg, etc ) the programme allows the introduction of actual size pieces, automatically tracing when we are using scanners or graphic files. It is also possible to import models coming from other cad through numerous formats, mainly in dxf.

CONSUMPTION CALCULATIONOnce a model has been completely designed, graded and traced, we already have it available for us to be able to obtain all sort of information in an automatic easy way.This information allows us to control the costs of material by fulfilling a consumption of the designed models.

CUSTOMIZED TECHNICAL DATASHEET

It includes a module for the creation of technical datasheets, calculations of material consumption and estimation of cutting time. Perfectly customized, making it possible for designers to introduce the parameters for each model according to their taste.
