Some formal shirts require a re-inforcement tape within the armhole seam. This tape usually has to be fused in. Precise pressure and temperature is a must for this operation to avoid any delamination during washing.

This machine has been designed for shirts (infants and adults) and blouses. A new concept to provide ultimate quality, at high flexibility.The cuff buck is adjustable in three steps, in order to meet the special requirements of different cuff designs. The flexible top heat mat always meets the contour of the bottom buck.As the pressure is supplied to both sides of the collar and cuffs, pressure is equally spread all over the gar-ment.

For processing front plackets
This all-purpose machine can be used either for fusing or for finishing front plackets. • The design of the heating plate is
arranged to avoid temperature fluctuations, thus guaranteeing a stable temperature
• Different materials can be pro-cessed due to the precisely adjust-able pressure
• Suction makes it easier to position the garment exactly before pressing and guarantees an optimal cooling down after pressing

Shirt Finisher / Universal Finisher
The big advantage of this machine is its universal usability. It is made for shirts and blouses but can also be used for finishing sports jackets and coats.
The pneumatic sleeve tensioners for short and long sleeve shirts finish the sleeves without marks. The powerful hot air fan provides enough power to finish shirts very efficiently with good quality. With the exchangeable lapel clamps the finisher can be adapted to your individual needs.

This high-power finisher is the favourite machine for casual shirts and for shirts with a textured surface that cannot be pressed. It can also be used for classic shirts. The spring-loaded pneumatic sleeve tensioners for long and short-sleeved shirts finish the cuffs without leaving marks. Various garments of different sizes, shapes and materials can be finished on this machine efficiently and to the highest quality standard. An excellent price/performance ratio results in a fast amortisation of the VEIT 8346 Shirt Finisher.
The unloading station improves pro-ductivity and is optionally available. Up to 100 shirts/h can be finished, depending on shirts and fabric. The adjustable re-stretching function removes even heavy wrinkles from the shirts.
Retractable lapel clampThis construction reduces the height of the finisher, making loading and un-loading of the garments much easier. This in turn increases productivity and – together with the special form bust with integrated vacuum – guarantees a consistently high finishing quality.

VEIT 8900 Classic
Some manufacturers insist on body pressing as this part of the shirt is exposed to the consumer after pack-ing. As the sleeves are often folded for bagging, only a finish effect is necessary to remove the wrinkles.Veit 8900 is a combination of a shirt finisher and a shirt press. Whilst the body is pressed by two pressing plates, the sleeves are finished by steam.
For better access whilst loading and unloading the shirt onto the dummy, the front plate moves aside on a rail. By a collar clamp and a built-in vacuum system, the shirt is fixed on the dummy. Adjustable sleeve clamps provide an accurate position of the shirt sleeves, in order to avoid any impressions after finishing.The time for pressing as well as the time for steaming is adjustable on an easy-to-use touch screen panel. The length of the shirt is detected auto-matically.

HP-V3 is equipped with two dummies. While one shirt is pressed, the other one can be loaded by the operator. Due to an almost fully overlapping workcycle, efficiency is unbeatable.
The TwinStar HP-V3 Body Press and TwinStar SystemShirt pressing is a must for all formal and dress shirts. Customers choice depends on the right presentation of a shirt, and this includes the proper pressing of the body.The HP-V3 has been a legend ever since it was built for the first time: a milestone in shirt body pressing. Due to high temperature and pressure, the fabric appears smooth and wrinkle-free all over the shirt body.
TwinStar Dummy Sizes Three different dummies are avail-able, with which the HP-V3 can be equipped, depending on size, shape and fashion of the shirts to be pressed.

The shirt is placed on the dummy by the operator. The collar is turned up in order to press the entire shirt body up to the collar band. Button and buttonhole placket are pressed separately. Airbags on both sides are inflated to ensure best contact to the hot plates all over the shirt body. Shoulder airbags stretch the shirt vertically.
Shirts with box pleats can be pressed properly with an added guide for box pleats.
The entire shirt body is pressed. Moulded pressing plates adapt to the dummies. For best pressing results, airbags are integrated into the dummies, so that the entire shirt body will be exposed to the adjust able temperature of the oil-heated press-ing plates.

After the body is pressed, the shirt has to be buttoned, folded and bagged. All these operations can be combined within a relatively small area. VEIT KANNEGIESSER has all the accessories for a successful work flow to avoid touching the shirt too much to prevent impressions.
The TwinStar System
VEIT KANNEGIESSER H-EN was designed to increase productivity of the HP-V3. After pressing, the shirt is unloaded automatically. The H-EN takes the shirt off the dummy and places it onto the conveyor system (H-TS).
H-TS is a conveyor system on which the pressed shirts are loaded by H-EN. H-TS is not only a storage carousel, but also used for the button-ing process and for feeding the fold-ing tables situated next to the carou-sel. The length of the carousel can be ordered individually to meet the number of tables needed.

VEIT 3580Manual Shirt Folding Station
Maximum flexibility allows folding of men‘s, ladies‘ and children‘s shirts in various styles, qualities and fabrics. The height-adjustable folding station with its adjustable accessories, shelves and left or right operation provides for an ergonomic working place. Special width of the table top and a button groove permit easy handling and an efficient placement of the shirt.The folding template can be easily shifted or adjusted (depends on unit model) for different folding sizes.

AB-50 – Sleeve Vent Creaser
The TUP-2 creases all types of pockets for shirts, blouses, working clothes and trousers.The electro-pneumatic workstation is equipped with two loading and creasing stations, each individually controlled. The machine is therefore used for overlapping operation with only one operator.
