Leave ManagerOur web-based Leave Manager is designed to increase efficiency and facilitate leave management, requests and approvals. The system eliminates much of the administrative work associated with managing leave requests. At a glance, managers are able to view available resources for any given day and authorise leave based on a real time view. Shireburn Leave Manager also eliminates disputes over who applied for leave first, giving a clear view of colleagues’ approved or pending leave applications.

The system kicks off an electronic approval cycle when staff apply for leave. Each staff member is able to see what remaining holiday entitlement is available together with a history of approved and pending leave applications. Requests are automatically passed on for approval to the authoriser/manager, and are approved or disapproved with an email sent to the employee and authoriser.
