1. ConnectivitySnapshot carriersShipitSmarters acts as an umbrella system for all transport companies. 600+ carriers already connected to ShipitSmarter.



2. Rates & carrier selection

• Your own rates with your carriers are loaded in ShipitSmarter• Contract rates and service possibilities with express carriers,

forwarders and trucking companies are available for the users• Rates and information per carrier per shipping lane• Different rate structures possible:

• Express• LTL and FTL rates• Sea and Air freight rates• Documentation fees



Example of rating screen• Rates are sorted based on price and/or fastest delivery date, depending on customer

requirements. • Rates are all inclusive with fuel surcharges, remote area surcharge and any other

additional surcharges. • Also options to fill in flexible tariffs if setup upfront.



Rule engineThe rule engine can determine certain carriers bases on business rules.



3. Booking with carriers• Manually enter details, or use file upload to book shipments• Booking process supported with:

• full EDI/XML integration• or email and web user interface

• Carrier/freight forwarder accepts or rejects the booking• Fully replaces paper forms and phone calls• Every step is traceable, full accountability • One overview for all your bookings and shipment details• A single standardized booking process with all carriers and on all sites, based on customized

4. Labelling & documents

• All labels will be in the required format of each carrier• Also own custom made labels is possible• Display SKU, carton and address details on labels• Print second leg shipment labels at origin• Prints official and custom made documents:

• CMR • Waybill • Pro-forma invoice • Load lists etc..

• Printing of labels on both label printers (ZPL) and laser printers
