The poem, ‘Women’ by Louis Bogan deals with the pathetic plight of women in
male dominated society. It also tells about the problems faced by them.

Group Activity Teacher gives a box full of ribbons of 5 different colors and asks the students to pick one ribbon and tie on their hand. The students with the same color of ribbon form a group. Teacher asks the students of each group to write about a famous women personality who have overcome all those barriers in the society that hinders their path to success.
