USING THE MASSAGER1. Connecttheadaptorwiththeunit.Plugtheadaptorintoanoutlet.2. Grip the positioning handles and drape the main unit around your neck with the massage nodes

in the centre of your back or place the unit on the chair with the massage nodes against your lower back.

3. Press Power button to start massage.4. PresstheHeatbuttontoturnheaton/off.5. Press and hold Power button to turn off the massage.
