We understand that in today’s property market a conveyance can be extremely slow (statistics showing that the average conveyance takes between 12-14 weeks), that the process can be frustrated by inefficient processing, lack of communication and by the fact that many conveyancing “factories” are resourced with inexperienced and unqualified individuals. This has the knock on effect of hampering the progress of your transaction.
