Showing Process and OffersA great showing can convert an interested party into the buyer of your home. It’s important that you are willing to
accommodate as many of these appointments as possible.
Typically the buyers agent will contact me to set up the appointment. 1-2 hour notice is normal.
Buyers agent and buyers will be present for the showing.
It is customary for you leave during the showing so buyers feel comfortable. If you need to stay, no problem, just let me know.
These appointments take any where from 20-30 minutes. The longer the showing the stronger the interest.
After the showing is complete I will contact the buyers agent for feedback. Typically this is the next business day.
During this time, I will answer any questions they may have. If the buyers are considering an offer they will typically schedule a second showing first. This allows them to bring additional friends or family to see the home. Once the buyer feels confident, they will usually work with their agent to write up an offer.
I will present all offers to you! From the offer, I will then develop a comprehensive strategy for negotiations to settle on a final purchase price, closing date, and terms of financing.
Once the contract terms have been agreed upon and signed by both parties I will work with all parties Including:

...through each step of the process until the closing.
The weeks leading up to a home closing can be strenuous,but I will provide you the guidance necessary to facilitate the process.
