SHERATON NEWS ZULMA RIVERA DIRECTOR OF CATERING AND CONFERENCE SERVICES Rivera has more than 20 years of experience as a hotel leader in Event Planning, Catering Sales & Convention Services in multiple hotel destinations; from large convention hotels to resorts and luxury properties. Her duties include management of meetings with pre-planning of logistical matters and execution once on site, hosting of domestic and foreign groups, handling VIPs, making travel arrangements, maintaining information systems, research materials and high quality service controls from all sides of the operation. ANDREINA SANTIAGO MEETING &EVENT MANAGER Adreína began her career in the hospitality industry as an intern in 2006 and worked her way up in several major hotel chains in Puerto Rico as Sales Manager, Guest Service Representative, Group Service Coordinator and Catering and Convention Service Manager. She has concentrated her work in Event and Convention Services acting as a liason between Customer and Hotel departments. She builds a strong relationship with clients seeking approval and satisfaction for end results. Manager of the Year 2011. BEVERLY RUIZ CATERING COORDINATOR Ruiz is committed in being a fundamental part of the success of the Catering Department.
