Shenzhen JBR Precision Industry Product Co., Ltd. (JBR) is a middle size tooling & molding factory in Shenzhen, China. Founded in 1995 by Mr. Liang Chen. Its

core competence is mold design, mold manufacture, injection molding, pad printing and high-value added complex assemblies.

JBR currently employs 215 people of which 50 are qualified and experienced tooling, molding engineers. It utilizes a total space of 10,000㎡.

JBR has implemented ERP management system and integrated CAD/CAE/CAM to augment its efficiency and quality largely since 2006. The company caters to

automotive, electronics, household appliances, and medical industries.

JBR integrated cutting edge technology and a team of experienced professionals to provide high quality products and services to a broad spectrum of clients.

As a leader in the plastic injection mold industry, we believe that a quality part comes from a high quality mold and a good part design, and a

good mold design are the keys to get a high performance mold. Quality must begin with mold design capability and consider it to be the key to

successful mold making.

JBR has invested in both professional people and technology to ensure that our designs meet your highest expectations.

Our mold design is not just simply follow the customer' opinion, but also based on the complexity of the mold. With over 20 years experience

combined in plastics manufacturing, we are able to reveal potential quality problems or risks early, and in conjunction with the customer

optimize the design to eliminate them before mold production starts.

The professional software used at JBR: ■ Mold design software: AutoCAD, UG / PRE/ Mold flow/ Solidworkds

■ Programming software: Powermill/ UG

Data exchange: UG, PRO/E, SOLIDWORKS, CAITA, CAD, STP, X_T, IGS, PRT, DWG, DXF, PDF, etc

JBR tooling team is familiar with different tooling standard, such as HASCO, DME. JBR capability is 30+

molds per month; 300+ mold per year. JBR has successful exported more than 5000+ molds to

worldwide since 1995.

Our full service on-site tooling room allow JBR to not only build prototype and production molds for our

customers, but also provide for prompt attention to any problem that might arise on production floor. Most

of our mold makers has a workstation tied into the network with the latest CAD/CAM software at their

disposal.

At JBR has 20 sets injection molding machines ranging in size from 100T to 450T. This

wide range of machines can handle virtually any plastic part from the size of grain of rice

to a computer display housing.

Our wide range of machines helps us match the machine to the job. So we not only get

job done right but also get it done economically. We can perform virtually every type of

molding operation from straight“ drop in box" molding to insert over-molding and

fully automated production.
