Foundation - The durability of your shed is greatly affected by your base. We require a solid, level area for installation. See your foundation Options on pages 4-5If your shed is unable to be installed because of an inadequate base there will be a revisit charge of £30Your shed needs at least 6” - 1ft space all the way round to facilitate installation and allow for maintenance.

Installation -Your shed will be delivered on a 7.5 ton (24ft long) vehicle. Is there room for this vehicle to gain access?When we arrive to install your shed we require clear access to your base. Please check the dimensions of your shed and make sure panels will fit through gates, doorways & around corners.

Product Care - We strongly recommend installing your shed on underfloor bearers to protect your floor. See page 5In order for your shed to last for many years we recommend treating it at least once a year with high quality treatment.On initial installation we recommend sealing your shed with Aqua Shield (see pg 7) to help prevent water ingress.

Combi BaseIt is essential to have a solid, level area for your shed. We will lay solid

eco tiles and construct a level tanalised frame for your shed to be installed onto. This option provides extra drainage and is also

recommend for areas were water can gather on solid bases. You do not need bearers with a combi-base. Price does not include removal of

rubbish. Please have the area clear and level.

SubframeIf you already have a solid base but it is uneven we can fit a sub-

frame. A sub-frame provides a level surface for us to erect your shed on, whilst also providing underfloor protection.

Please note- A shed installed an un-level base will void its warranty for the areas effected.

Installation Terms & Conditions• Your base must be solid & level in order for us to install your shed to the

proper standard. • Our installers will check the level of your base on the day of delivery.• If your base is not level or solid you have 3 options…

1. We can install a Subframe / Combi base to properly prepare the area. 2. We can leave the shed stacked on your premises and revisit to install once

your base is corrected. There is a charge of £30 for any revisit that is due to an inadequate base.

3. We can install your shed on the area provided if possible (subject to installers judgment) however this will void the warranty for the areas effected.
