Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery : Ex-Stock else 2 – 3 Weeks from the date of confirmed order.

2. Warranty : 3 months or 50,000 copies which ever is earlier.

3. Validity : Special 2012 Offer valid TILL 30th JUNE 2012 only.

4. Taxes : VAT @ 5% will be applicable on the quoted price. Tin No should be

Mentioned in PO if the customer needs Tax Invoice,

Otherwise retail invoice would be given to customer.

For Tax Exemption please provide Necessary documents.

5. Service : As per the below options below.

Comprehensive Service Agreement (CSA)

For Model MX-2010U - A4 Color – CSA @ Rs 4.50 and .45 Paise for B/W.

CSA as mentioned will be applicable from the date of installation.

CSA to be signed along with the order. In CSA all consumables viz. toner,

developer, drum (Except Paper & Power), spares and service will be covered.

Service Tax, VAT and Cess would be applicable in CSA billing
