SUNDAY 19 Nov CULTour of the region of Aarhus Cultural Capital of Europe

Join us on a bus tour to cultural attractions in Central Jutland. We will visit Dokk1 – Aarhus’ new main library, Museum Jorn and Gl. Estrup Manor Museum, all hosted by professional guides. The CULTour is free for “Full Conference” participants.

10.00–18.00 CULTour by bus. Lunch is included.

MONDAY 20 Nov Venue: Den Gamle By / The Old Town Moderator: Merete Sanderhoff, initiator of Sharing is Caring A day packed with world-class speakers, ready to share their experiences on creating and measuring impact of digitised cultural heritage. The setting is the unique surroundings of the open air museum The Old Town.

09.00–16.30 Conference Day, Helsingør Theatre in The Old Town. Breakfast and lunch are included.

17.30–19.00 Conference Dinner at Aarhus Street Food. Street Coins will be handed out for payment – choose your own food!

19.00–23.00 Lounge at Godsbanen with DJ. One drink included – buy your next drink in the bar.

TUESDAY 21 Nov Venue: ARoS Art Museum Get hands-on experience on how to boost your impact, both online and on-site. Select two workshop sessions that match your institutional and individual interests.

CHRISTMAS IN THE OLD TOWN From 18 November you can experience a magical Christmas atmosphere in The Old Town as the whole museum is decorated according to different time periods through three decades.

THE THEATRE CAN BE COLD Helsingør Theater is from 1817 and is not insulated according to modern standards. Heating is installed in the hall, but the heat can be hard to control. Therefore, wear warm clothes.

NO EATING IN THE THEATRE Helsingør Theater is a museum, please don’t eat and drink in the theatre. All meals will be served in Hobrohuset and Entré cafeen (see the map).
