Sending a Backup Using the Google Drive AppSharing Backups using Google Drive

Open the Google Drive app

Go to the Proloquo2Go folder

Find the backup you want to sendTap on the three dots at the end of that backup’s row.

Two ways to share - choose between…Tap Add people to send a link to the file. Enter the email of the person you want to share the file with. Tap Send a copy to send a copy of the file. Mail is usually the best way to send a copy.

2b. Save the file (from Google Drive)If the file opens in Google Drive, it will look like Tap the menu of actions .. Tap Add to my Drive to save the file in your Google Drive account. If Add to My Drive is not on the menu, the file is already in your drive.

3. Move file to Proloquo2Go folderIn order to open a backup inside Proloquo2Go, the file must be in the Proloquo2Go folder. To move a file into the Proloquo2Go folder, tap the three dots on the end of row of the file you want to move . Tap Move (you may need to scroll down to find Move). Tap My Drive, then Proloquo2Go. Then tap Move Here .

Sharing Backups using Google Drive

1. View the fileIf the email you’ve received looks like , tap the drive.google.com link. If the email looks like , tap the Open button or the file name.

2a. Save the file (from Safari)If the file opens in Safari, it will look like . Tap the Download button . Then you can open the backup in Proloquo2Go , or tap More and save the file to your Google Drive.
