(obody 'no#s #hat the added triangle means! hey don"t seem to point to

    any#here in particular!

    Shape: Triangles

(o e)amples needed here! hese are triangles that are often out there alone!*ome point to#ards a nearby stone circle!

    Shape: Moundstab

here"s probably a more accurate and technical term for these, but until I'no# more about them, their function and their &arieties I"ll ha&e to call themmounds! here seem to be t#o 'inds+ one #ith a round or perhaps flat top, butmost appear to ha&e a depression or hole in the middle, hence the doughnutloo' #hen &ie#ed from abo&e! here are probably tens of thousands of these!

any people feel they"re tombs! In the middle of no#here they"re more li'elyto be found in high places li'e the stone circles! In areas that #ere hea&ilypopulated they"re almost e&ery#here! he shape in the middle of stone circlesappears to be a mound, and #ith most stone circles you"ll see a mound erected

just nearby+ they seem to go together!

(ote: some mounds may in actuality be small &olcano &ents or cones+ #hileadding objects to the collection it #as sometimes hard to tell #hat #as man%made and #hat is a geological feature!

    Shape: Needles!!

(eedles are t#o ro#s of roc's that merge into one single line! he #ider beginning part often consists of t#o mounds -though sometimes there"s just./!

    Shape: Lines!!!

0on"t let the name I chose for these objects fool you! 1es, the *tone Circle

a'ers #ere &ery busy piling up roc's into long, sometimes perfectly straightlines -the longest I found #as 2!3 'm/! 4ut a 5line6 al#ays starts #ith someother object such as a stone circle, an enclosure, a mound! *ometimes there

#ill be an e)tra object in the middle or at the end of a line! hus seeing a linemeans there"s another object to be found, too! any of the archaeologists callthese 5tails6!

Shape: Bars!!! 7*creen shots and description are on their #ay !!!8

    Shape: Enclosures

(o e)amples needed here! hese are round structures, often not perfectlyround, that may or may not ha&e been purely functional! (o mound in themiddle as #e find in the stone circles, but often the #all of an enclosureappears to contain one or t#o small mounds! It"s less common to find these inhigh places as is the case #ith stone circles!

'ites re?uired much planning, organiation and team#or'!

    Closing thoughts

@hile trying to figure out these stone circles I learned a lot about a part of the #orld that #as un'no#n to me! If you"&e made it this far, than' you for notfalling asleep! If I"&e spar'ed your interest a bit be sure to read those reports Ireferenced abo&e! Feel free to contact me if you"d li'e to e)change insights! Idon"t thin' I"ll accept indi&idual additions to the collection because there are,

as I mentioned so often, thousands of them out there! nless, of course, youha&e a batch of, say, t#o or three hundred that can be added! After I ha&eta'en a brea' from Google Earth for a #hile I thin' I
