10. Should for any reason the Applicant withdraws or cancels its application form or the allotment, the Applicant shall be

liableto paycancellationchargesasunder:

Rs.50,000/-(RupeesFiftyThousandonly) cancelled withinfirsttwo months

7.5%(Sevenandhalfpercent)of theBasic Sale Price,if cancelledthereafter.

In suchevent, thebalance amountafter deductionwill berefundedto theApplicantwithoutinterest.

BasicSalePricewouldbeas setoutin thePrice Schedule.

11. The BasicSale Pricementionedhereinabove shall besubject to priceescalation.

12. Governmentdutiespaid, if any,shall notbe refunded/reimbursedto theApplicant.

13. The Courts at Ahmedabad shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of and /or concerning this

transaction.
