The high performance three eccentric butterfly valve

produced by our company is the latest generation high

performance three eccentric metal sealing type after

enhancement with innovative theory, possessing the

characteristics as follows:

Anti-Blow Out Design

The minimum loading side of stem strength design is

located outside of valve pressure edge, which conforms to

API609 anti-blow out structure, prevent accident

presumed when the stem is broken and with internal

media pressure, piston effect occurs and cause to blast

out.

Multi-Functional Axial Sealing Structure

a.The valve adopts soft graphite sealing packing and also

disc shape spring pre-fastening device, when the sealing

function decreases due to long term usage of the packing,

it’ll adjust axial sealing pressure ratio automatically,

assures axial sealing zero leakage(Fig.1)

b.Under fugitive medium condition, can use low leakage

carbon fiber bowl mode combined packing structure, meet

the regulation and requirement of ISO 15848 and API 622

standard(Fig.2)

c.Add isolation ring between the dual combination

packing, leakage device can be added at the isolation ring

according to request, which is applicable in vacuum

system(Fig.3) and steam system(Fig.4) etc. high

requirement conditions to achieve reliable sealing.

Bearing System

a.When working temperature not above 270℃, adopt

stainless steel stem after thermal treatment and non-oil self

lubricated bearing, the dry friction factor between stem and

bearing is only 0.05~0.1, the on/off torque of valve is

reduced greatly; When working temperature is above 270℃,

adopt stainless steel stem after thermal treatment and

austenite cast iron or alloy steel azotizing bearing, to

prevent non-smooth and scratch etc. problems due to long

term usage.

b. Adopt adjustable structure, it can adjust the central

position of disc sealing ring through bolts, to achieve one

best sealing effect with seat.

Optional Three-Dimensional Eccentric Design

The First Eccentric A is eccentric between valve axial center

and valve body center. When disc opens, rotation of disc

causes similar Cam effect and breaks away from seat

quickly, when disc closes, its moves from similar Cam

movement to linear movement, to achieve the effect sealing

pressure ratio becomes bigger while closing.

The Second Eccentric B is, stem is offline from sealing face

center, to assure sealing face will not be interrupted by

stem.

The Third Eccentric C is cone angle eccentric between

rotation center axial and valve central line.

Firesafe Function

Firesafe function is adherent

character of three eccentric

metal hard sealing, conforms to

ISO 10497 and API 607 standard

requirement.
