With 11 years of experience in conveyor belting industry, CGR (Chenguang

Rubber) is currently one of the top five conveyor belting manufactures in

China. CGR introduced the latest international manufacturing technology

and purchased advanced equipment to establish 8 production lines for

certain products, such as PVC, PVG, steel cord conveyor belts and multi-

ply type conveyor belt; CGR has also obtained the latest cutting edge

manufacturing technology, and we are able to produce many types of

conveyor belts with annual production 8 million square meters, including

fire resistant conveyor belts, oil resistant conveyor belts and heat resistant

conveyor belts, etc.

three series: steel cord conveyor belt (general standard conveyor belt,

DIN22102/22131 (Germany), SANS1173 (South Africa), BS490 (British),

JIS (Japan), and RMA-I &II (U.S.A.). The examination and testing system

the quality of products during the whole process, from raw materials to

production line, from production line to finished products. The R&D center

contains more than 40 sets of equipment for comprehensive laboratory,

Multi-ply conveyor belts are suitable for medium、short-distance and medium-load transportation of materials,

which are widely used in various fields,for example mine、coal mine、port、metallurgy、chemical engineering、

architecture、electric power station,etc.

Characteristic:

1.Carcass of CC belt is made from cotton and cotton with only average elongation. The most outstanding

characteristic of CC belt is the heat resistant property which comes from natural cotton fabric. CC belt is the

best choice for heat resistant ply belt (under 125° C), but with low strength and shorter life span comparing with

others.

2.EP belt is the most popular and common one for rubber ply belt. The carcass is made from polyester and

polyamide, which generates the advantages of light in weight, impact resistance, sound elasticity, humidity

resistance, low elongation, long life span, and so many more.

3.Carcass of NN belt is made from nylon and nylon. Comparing with CC and EP belt, NN belt is better with higher

elasticity, better troughability, better abrasion resistance, and also higher chemical resistance characteristic.

All CGR solid woven belts are specially designed for underground inflammable and explosive

application conditions with higher production properties than requirements from CSA (Canada),

MSHA (America), and FRAS (Australia). Gallery testing results from DMT Germany indicates

that flame resistant characteristic of CGR solid woven belt is nearly twice higher than standards.

PVC solid woven belt is composed of impregnated solid woven carcass and thermoplastic

cover (max. thickness 1mm), while PVG solid woven belt is made from impregnated solid woven

carcass and nitrile rubber cover (max. thickness 3mm).

than 60 sets of weaving machines are all CGR own. This is one of the biggest advantages of CGR China

comparing with the rest of solid woven belt manufacturers in China as most of their solid woven mat are

The belt has good fire resistant and antistatic properties, and is especially suitable for material conveying at

inflammable conditions of underground coal mines.

The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fiber,

for weft fiber, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament. The fabric has the character of high tensile

strength, light weight, shock resistance, good troughability, etc.

PVC conveyor belt is mainly covered with plastic, and suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope

angle of no greater than 16 degrees;

PVG conveyor belt is mainly covered with rubber, and suitable for applications in dry or wet conditions at

a slope angle of no greater than 18 degrees;

Chevron conveyor belt is mainly open “V”type, and suitable for applications in dry or wet conditions at

a slope angle of less than 22 degrees.

Endless conveyor belt is the belt that has been made into endless without joint during the process of production.

It saves time and labor costs for jointing for customers. Its endless characteristic also generates flat surface and

even tension all around the belt, which provide smoothness of running and low elongation for applications.

The carcass of cold resistant belt is made from polyester, nylon or cotton, and the cover rubber has cold

resistance, impact resistance. According to the cold resistance, this kind of belt has two grades------C1 and

C2. C1: -45 ～ +50℃ ; C2: -60 ～ +50℃ . According to cover rubber, the cold resistant belt can be divided into

three types: general type (L), laceration resistant type(H), and Anti-abrasive type(D).

The quality of each belt is indicated and evaluated by many factors: belt width/length, belt

thickness, cover thickness, belt tensile strength, belt elongation at break, cover rubber tensile

strength, cover rubber elongation at break, rubber abrasion, after aging performance, rubber

hardness, adhesion, troughability, etc...

CGR’s national standard testing and inspection center is fully functional and capable of

testing and inspection for all the belt related items necessary which will ensure the quantity

and quality for every meter of CGR conveyor belt, then to match the exact customer

All raw material is purchased from list

companies to insure the quality. With our

current sets of equipment, such as optical

balances, bain-marie, high-temp furnace,

thermostatic drier box, etc, all required

testings and analysis can be performed

b、Formula Identification

The process of formula identi f icat ion

is operated for every order previous to

mass production to test the quality of belt

practically. CGR’s mini rubber mixer,

mini vulcanizing machine, tensile testing

sets, and aging testing machine are fully

functional to fulfill these duties.

c、Production Process Monitoring and

Control
