actively looking for or open to new employment.

The average employee currently stays in one

job only 3 to 5 years. The average term of a new C-suite exec is just

18 months. Frequently there’s trouble with the onboarding process and the exec never quite fits in.

It can cost up to $50K to recruit a mid to upper level manager.
