grade for his1her thesis or special pro7ect"%" The decision on 6hether the student passes his1her <nal oral

defense rests solely on his1her oAcial panel 4e4bers" The panel

4e4bers of the SGS collo;uiu4 do not have any authority to

i4pose their suggestions and decisions" Eo6ever, it is strongly

reco44ended by the =Ace of the SGS 9ean and the Graduate

Progra4 o44ittee to the advisers that the co44ents and

suggestions of the panel 4e4bers of the collo;uiu4 be

considered if they are dee4ed necessary to i4prove and uplift the

;uality of the students thesis or special pro7ect"
