Serge KrancenblumGroup Chief Executive Officer

Serge Krancenblum is SGG’s Group Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Group Management Board.

Throughout his career, Serge has deepened his expertise in developing and managing transnational solutions for institutional investors, multinational corporations and entrepreneurial families. He is recognised for his leadership throughout the financial industry, and is frequently invited to speak at local, national and international events. He also sits as independent Director on the boards of several real estate and private equity funds, as well as on those of selected listed and private companies.

Serge is the Chairman of the Luxembourg International Management Services Association(LIMSA) and Luxembourg Association of Family Offices (LAFO)

Christiaan Van HoutvenGroup Chief Operating Officer

Christiaan Van Houtven is SGG’s Group Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Group Management Board.

Drawing upon his deep industry expertise, as well as a wide portfolio of professional competencies, Mr Van Houtven is in charge of overall client service delivery. He directs SGG’s internal performance management policies and processes, and his leadership style facilitates a culture of accountability and empowerment, as well as personal and professional development, within SGG.

Tim NewbeginGroup Chief Financial Officer

Tim Newbegin is SGG’s Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Group Management Board.

He has a wealth of experience in the international finance and business services’ sectors and before joining SGG he serves as CFO of several Private Equity/Venture Capital backed international companies in the software, services and financial services sectors. Tim’s holistic approach to operations and financial management is a key component of SGG’s continued growth, ultimately driving the implementation of the firm’s initiatives.

Justin PartingtonGroup Fund Solutions Leader

Justin is the Group Fund Solutions Leader and a member of the Group Executive Committee.

He is based at the Group’s headquarters in Luxembourg, where he is in charge of its global offering for alternative asset managers. He is responsible for all fund solutions for private equity, real estate and hedge fund clients, across all jurisdictions focusing on central administration, AIFM, depositary and SPV administration services.

Justin has over 18 years of international experience in the fund services and private equity industries, including senior postings in Canada, UK, Cayman Islands and Guernsey.
