• A Mentor is NOT a TUTOR. But IS an Assessor.• A Mentor does not necessarily have to hold MASTERY of the BASIC
SKILLS. But HOLDS an intermediate level of Basic Skills.• A Mentor is a CHANGE AGENT for EMBEDDING Basic Skills.
