India. Previously he was AVP - Business Support, with Amway India. He has successfully driven sev

points in his career. He has always been passionate about talent development and creating a winning




A quiet devil, Nitin can switch from being drop dead serious to funny in very little time. An

Electronics and Communications Engineer from SJCE, Mysore, he has over 10 years experience buil

software solutions on the Microsoft platform.

Previously, Nitin worked at PI Corporation in Bangalore, where he managed and gave technical direc

to the development of applications on the PI framework. Prior to that, he had worked on the Microso

support portal and MSN Carpoint at Microsoft Corporation, Redmond WA.

Armed with a Post Graduation in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and o10 years of industry experience in various marketing services companies like ACNielsen India, IMRB
