This centre also reflects your connection to your intuition and ability to go with the flow of life. Abundance, the power of your words to create reality. Are your creations a reflections of your fears & concerns or a reflection of divine guidance in your life?

Underactive: feel unloved, unworthy, difficulty in trusting

people and letting them in, keeping others @ a distance,

protecting your heart.

Balanced: feel great & love compassion for self & others.

Feel easy & comfortable with others, healthy boundaries.

Overactive: May be over opinionated, have

problem hearing others and allowing for

different viewpoints. Balance by: Soups.
