DESCRIPTION Series 31 compact single and double acting cylinders are available in 10 different bore sizes from ø12 to ø100. The construction design of these cylinders provides excellent axis stability. They are available either with a male or female thread. These cylinders can be supplied in W version for high temperatures (140°C). The W version is not magnetic.

Series 42 cylinders have been designed without tie rods to assure an extremely clean design. Stainless steel has been used for the tube and the rod, while the end cover is made of anodised aluminium. These cylinders are normally equipped with adjustable end-stroke cushioning and mechanical cushioning in order to make the impact of the piston less noisy as it reaches the end of the stroke.

The rotary cylinders of the 69 Series are available in 7 different bores (from 32 to 125 mm) and can satisfy a large range of operational requirements. As a result of their design and the materials used, these cylinders can be used in extreme conditions with optimum results.

Through an adjustment screw, it is possible to recover part of the play between pinion and rack. There is a screw on the heads, which allows rotation to be adjusted by ± 5°.

DESCRIPTIONCamozzi has developed a new series of valves to be used in applications requiring a reduced space of installation and in situations where the valves need to be located as near as possible to the operating elements. The single valves can be mounted on any flat surface, allowing compact machine design, which is also enhanced by the reduced dimensions of the valve itself. Thanks to their robust aluminium bodies, the Series EN valves offer the highest reliability.This new generation of solenoid valves is the evolution of the previousSeries E, size 16-19mm valve with ports threaded into the body. As this valve is completely interchangeable with Series E, part of the code is maintained, although the valve has a completely new shape and new components.

DESCRIPTIONThe pedals can be supplied in either the pneumatic or electrical foot operated version. The pneumatic type is available with a 5/2 valve and 1/4” front ports, which allow the fittings and silencers to be assembled conveniently on the front face. A 3/2 operation can be obtained by closing an outlet port. The electrical type is available with a single-pole changeover contact microswitch and a front wire outlet (PG9). The pedal can be operated as bistable or monostable, by switching the selector placed under the small red protection flap.
