Connect the Smartdolphin camera to power. Make sure you waitup to 30 seconds until you hear a welcome sound notification.That’s it, Now let us start the setup process and welcome theRobot home!

Hi there, thanks for choosing theSmartdolphin® Mini Robot IPCamera. This is a step-by-stepsetup tutorial to guide you throughthe easy installation process. Justfollow the guide and you should beup and running in 3 – 5 minutes!

Go to your devices’ Wi-Fi configuration page. From your Wi-Finetwork list, click on the robot camera hotspot which startswith "XLT-xxxxxx-xxxxxx" or "HSL-xxxxxx-xxxxxx" (See 1). If you donot see it, please ensure that the cable is well connected. Try tomove your phone closer to the camera or reset the camera bypressing and holding he small hole at the back of the robot’shead.In the hotspot connection dialog, enter the default password“0123456789” and click Connect. (See 2).Now your camera is paired to your device (See 3).

Open the NetCam companion app and click on the Add Devicebutton (See 4).Click on the Search device in Lan button to search for the robotcamera (See 5)Select “WIFICAM” (See 6). You can now manage the camerafrom your app.

Next, we need to make the robot camera accessible from yourWi-Fi. Click on the setting icon on the “WIFICAM” device (See 7).In the WIFICAM Settings dialog, select Wi-Fi Setting (See 8).Click on Wi-Fi Manager (See 9).

Ensure that your Wi-Fi network signal is strong (See 10).Click on your Wi-Fi network, select Wi-Fi Manager, enter yourWi-Fi network password and click Done (See 11, 12, 13). Wait for the camera to connect and come online (See 14).

Keep in mind that if you want to pair the Smartdolphin robot camerato a new Wi-Fi network, you will need to reset the camera bypressing and holding the small hole at the back of the robot’s head.This will reset the configuration for the camera and you have torepeat the setup process to pair it to the new Wi-Fi network.Please make sure you wait until you hear the voice confirmation eachtime you reset or configure the Wi-Fi connection, before proceedingfurther.The camera might take a few seconds to process your action, pleasebe patient. Please try more times if the camera is unresponsive.Unstable Wi-Fi connection might cause some configuration to beunresponsive. Under such circumstances, please retry theconfiguration again.Please ensure the USB cable is secured and connected to your robotcamera during any configuration process.
