Setting up Ivy Tech email on Smartphone

Android Phone

1. Open your email client. 2. Go to Settings and click on Add account.

3. Select Corporate (or Microsoft Exchange).

4. Enter your Ivy Tech email address (xyz@ivytech.edu) and password. 5. Click Next.

6. Enter “OWA.IVYTECH.EDU” for the Exchange Server. Leave any other settings as default.

1. Select the “Settings” icon on the iPhone.

2. Next, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3. Select Microsoft Exchange.

4. Fill out the following information.

a. Email – your Ivy Tech email address (i.e. user@ivytech.edu) b. Domain – Ivytech

c. Username – your Ivy Tech email address (i.e. user@ivytech.edu) d. Password – Ivy Tech password

e. Description – anything of your choosing

Your IPhone will now try to use Microsoft's Auto Discovery service. *Note: If it cannot locate the server, in the Server field enter “owa.ivytech.edu”.
