tants, podium support and helping out with our kids’ race. volunteering is a great way to

about an hour and aren’t labour intensive.

around the world. ILSC specifically donates to

World Bicycle Relief

Simple, sustainable bicycle transportation mul-

tiplies an individual's efficiency. Compared to

walking, bikes improve access to education,

healthcare and economic opportunity. They

increase carrying capacity and accessible travel

distance while decreasing the time it takes to

commute to schools, clinics and markets.

Donations

When an activity is “by donation’, the money you give will go

directly to one of the charities we support. See “Charities”.

Donations so far this year have purchased bicycles for stu-

dents in Africa , loans for students worldwide, and education

for girls in India.

Refunds

Given in the case of an emergency where the student can

show proof of a doctors visit or a plane ticket to leave the

country or if an Activity is cancelled. Full refunds may still

not be possible where ILSC has paid for the Activity in ad-

vance. In the event of an Activity Cancellation you must

bring your receipt back to the Activities Department to get

your refund.

Receipts

You must keep your receipt as proof of your payment. It

also tells you the meeting time & location and what to bring

on the activity. It is required in the event an activity is can-

celled to receive a refund.

Event tickets

Odd numbers or large groups of tickets not purchased to-

gether, will usually not be able to sit together. Please ask

before you buy tickets if you have a special request,. We will
