Modeling in Leadership

Jet Blue CEO David Neeleman 2 days a month as bag checker and

steward serves three purposes:

1. Able to stay in touch with the “end-user”

2. Able to model customer service and work ethic to employees

3. Develop trust and collegial culture at Jet Blue

In the spirit of modeling…We’re going to run a “Fishbowl Protocol”: As a teaching team, we’ll discuss data

from the End-of-Year survey.
