HOT CURE CIP LINING

The hot cure CIP Lining technique and installation of the PU Hot cure liner gives the trenchless team at Wilmot Pipelining the ability to install CIP Liners when access is difficult and only one point of access is available for rehabilitation.

The PU Hot Cure Liner is ideal for larger displacements and lining changes of direction and bends. Flow rates are also increased post-installation. The Hot Cure PU inversion lining technique is effective in both network pipelines and house service lining.

Wilmot Pipelining has made significant progress in CIP Lining in recent years with investment and development in UV Cured CIP Lining Technology. The UV Liner has a very high resistance to chemicals and abrasion due to the ECR glass fibre properties in the liner.

The UV Liner is at the top of the list of CIP Liners in structural capabilities. With minimal impact on surroundings during installation, the UV Lining system is ECO friendly with fast installation turn around from setup to curing of the liner. The strong chemical resistance of the UV liner makes it ideal for industrial pipelines and refineries. The UV Lining system is ideal for network infrastructure and industrial facilities.

LATERAL SEAL LINING

The Lateral Seal Lining system and liner are very effectivte in completing the relining of junctions and connections. The Lateral Seal Lining technique also eliminates any chance of groundwater infiltration and tree root invasion once lined and sealed.

Point Lining/Patching and Sealing is ideal for at source pipe repairs and sealing. Wilmot Pipelining is an industry leader in point line repairs in all wastewater applications. The advantages of Point Lining are the ability to repair and restore short sections of pipelines with the at source localised repair.

Structural integrity and sealing of infiltration of groundwater are achieved in localised repairs in networks and house service lines.

PIPELINE CLEANING & WASTE DISPOSAL

Wilmot Pipelining is well equipped to clean and restore pipelines to achieve maximum flow requirements using high-pressure water jetting and vacuum to clean and clear debris from pipelines, pits and manholes. Our fleet of combo water jetter/vac trucks is capable of servicing our client’s pipeline cleaning needs with flexible and reliable service.

We have large jetter combination trucks and mini water jetters for cleaning smaller diameter lines. With large scale water jetting down to smaller mini jetters, we’ve got your pipeline under control.

PIPELINE ROBOTICS

Wilmot is positioned in robotic technology as one of the most versatile pipelining companies in Australia with multiple robotic cutting technologies available for our clients.

The robotic cutting capabilities at Wilmot range from large scale beast cutters to reticulation cutters which are used for cutting concrete and debris from pipelines in medium bore sizes.

Wilmot also has robotic cutters for smaller diameter pipelines which gives our customers peace of mind that the team will have flexibility in our robotic range to deliver many challenging tasks in all size pipelines.
